I had an event here recently that I was volunteering for and they were so welcoming and friendly. It was such a rad space, but very chill. I didn’t get much to eat as I wasn’t hungry but the bartender went out of his way and made me a mimosa with fresh juice even though it wasn’t on the menu for the day, which was very appreciated. The outdoor space at the back was cute and had both a shady area and one where you could catch some rays. They had quirky decorations that really drove home that this was an independent owned local haven, which I’m sure it is for Brunswick residents. I’d definitely come back if I’m in the area again!

Amazing friendly service and space. Got a couple of nourish bowls with additional chicken (super tasty) and the drinks selection is great. Loved the back yard. Will definitely be back :)

Carolina Cafe was so much fun!! The Drag show for the Greens Party push was so great. The Drag divas performing were AMAZING!! Service and atmosphere was so so goodd!

I was so excited to visit this place on a recent visit down from Brisbane and I wasn't disappointed. Not only were the staff friendly and welcoming the food was top notch.

Every time I come here the food is always so nice, the team are so lovely and the vibes are so immaculate.

As a Nicholson street resident, Carolina is a staple! Ever since we moved in to the area in November we’ve been going to Carolina for a coffee, or more, whenever we get the chance. Brilliant coffee, great staff and wonderful value makes Carolina a brilliant brunch experience. (Added a picture of my last meal in Carolina (no idea what it was called but it was yum))

This has been on my list for a while now. Upon entry we made our way to the incredible courtyard, tucked away from the sounds of the city. Imagine my surprise when I was met with a thriving garden in the middle of winter of all seasons. The staff are so kind, the coffee is really good and the hashbrown, no word of a lie, was one of the best i’ve had. Definitely recommend visiting this heartwarming establishment and I cannot wait to return.

My husband and I had breakfast here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were friendly, the coffee was strong, and the food was delicious. We’ll definitely be back. **Updating to say that this cafe is now our go-to breakfast place. Both the chicken and beef burger are also super delicious if lunch food is more your vibe.
